Team
Pavan Muzumdar is the Chief
Executive Officer of MV Software Company. In his capacity as CEO, he
developed and brought Maxene Reporter™, a patented next generation
business intelligence and information delivery application, to market. He
created a wholly owned subsidiary, MV Technology Solutions, in
Mumbai,
India,
to develop the
MVSWeb™ applications
platform and to provide greater technical and delivery breadth to the
company.
Prior to
joining MV Software, Pavan was an Associate Director and Project Manager at
Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc., (CTP) a Cambridge, MA systems integration
firm which was acquired by Novell, Inc. One of the many projects he managed
while at CTP included a multi-million dollar systems integration project to
improve back office operations for a major investment bank.
Pavan has over 15 years of experience in both information
technology products and services firms. He has worked with clients in the
financial securities operations, telecommunications, manufacturing, and health
care industries, and is the holder of the Maxene Reporter™ patent.
He has
M.S. degrees in both Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the
University of Massachusetts and a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from the
University
of Bombay. He is a Level III candidate for the Chartered Financial
Analyst (CFA) designation.
Pavan
is the Chairperson of the Programs Committee in the Detroit and
Great Lakes Chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum, a non-profit organization
dedicated to the formation and growth of technologically oriented companies
through a series of specialized executive education programs. He is
also a
coach for the Great Lakes Entrepreneurs Quest business plan competition.
James R. Diefenbach is the President of MV Software
Company. Jim has been directly responsible for the strategy & product
development and field support of Profits Plus™, a multi-corporation ERP system.
Under his leadership the product has enjoyed an increasing installed base. Jim
has also overseen field support and development involved with migrations of the
product over three major platforms since joining the company in 1984. Jim has
a degree in Computer & Information Science with a
minor in Business management.
When not in front of the office laptop
Jim serves as a church elder and spends time cleaning horse stalls.
Barbara Sakis is the Director
of Support for MV Software Company. She
is in charge of a team of software application and technical experts, whose sole
responsibility is to provide world-class support for its client base. She also
provides the guidance for newly acquired clients to ensure a smooth and successful
deployment of the software installation.
Prior to joining MV Software Co,
Barbara was a trainer and a documentation expert for a
wholesale distribution software product. Barbara has
10 years of experience in the software arena working with clients in many
industries, including reprographics, construction, heating & cooling, and
vintners. She has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from
Walsh College. Ms. Sakis is also on the Steering
Committee of the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Great Lakes, a non-profit
organization committed to providing guidance to start-up and mid-stage innovative
and technologically-oriented companies through programs and networking opportunities. Back
